Director and Secretary Resignation Dates

Our online admin system now allows you to enter a “resignation date” when resigning limited company directors and secretaries. When you click “resign” next to the resigning officer you will be prompted to enter the resignation date. The default is the current date, this can be changed to a past date but not a future date.
