As long as you have at least one human director in your company, Companies House will allow you to appoint another company as a director. To appoint another company as a director you require the following information (for the company being appointed):
• Company name
• Name of an authorising person (normally a director)
• Company address
• The country the company was registered in
• The registration number
If the company is a non-EEA company you will also need to provide the following:
• Governing law of the company
• The company’s legal form
