Despite the current economic climate there are still plenty of opportunities to help new businesses thrive. There are also schemes to help encourage and develop new businesses, one of which is StartUp Loans.
A collaboration between StartUp Britain and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, StartUp Loans is a government backed project aimed at lending 18-24 years olds up to £2,500 to get their enterprise off the ground. To apply simply present your business plan to the relevant board and if the proposal is deemed viable, the loan is granted. You’ll find more information about the loan scheme here.
