Can I pick my company’s date of incorporation?

Yes. If you’ve not yet formed your company and for some reason would like a specific date of incorporation (in the near future), we can help. Here’s how.

Our ‘Guaranteed Same Day Formation’ service allows you to get your company up and running on the same day that you send your information to Companies House, as long as it’s sent before 2pm Monday – Friday.

The service costs just £24.99 (this is added to the regular company formation package price) and can be picked up the following way:

As a side note, it’s worth mentioning that a company can’t change its date of incorporation once it has been formed.
