Comprehensive & Ultimate Company Formations: AR01 Service

If you purchase our Comprehensive or Ultimate company formation package we will prepare and file your company’s first annual return (AR01) with Companies House. We will do this roughly three weeks before the due date, once prepared we shall email you and request that you login and review the prepared annual return. Once accepted the return is sent to Companies House, we will then email you as soon as they have processed it.

Please note:

• This is for the company’s annual returns; not annual accounts.

• If you wish for us to complete the return for any following years be sure to renew with the “Comprehensive / Ultimate Package Renewal”. Or you can buy the “Annual Return Preparation and Filing Service” if you do not want to renew the registered office service.

• If you would like the annual return filed early simply contact us and we will have this arranged.
