The Companies Made Simple admin portal allows you to carry our numerous administrative duties for your limited company including:
• Appointing & Resigning Company Officers
• Updating Officer Information
• Changing the Registered Office Address
• Filing a Return Of Allotment Of Shares
If you formed your limited company with us you’ll already have access to the admin portal, but if you didn’t all you need to do is:
• Register as a new customer here
• Select “Import Company”
• Enter your company number and authentication code
