companies houseWhen forming a UK company limited by shares, Companies House require at least one human director. Which begs the question “other than human appointments what other appointments are allowed”? The answer to which is corporate appointments.

Companies House allow other companies (from anywhere in the world) to act as directors, secretaries and shareholders. These are corporate appointments. These are allowed as long as there is at least one actual person acting as director in the company.
