Forming a Scottish Limited Company

Forming a Scottish Limited Company with us is exactly the same as forming an England/Wales Limited Company. Simply do the following:

• Search for your company name
• Choose your formation package
• Make payment
• Complete the formation process

When entering the Registered Office address during the formation process, you need to enter a Scottish address. Once the application is submitted, Companies House will recognise that a Scottish address has been used and will create a Scottish Limited Company.
