If you use our Registered Office Service we forward on mail from both HMRC and Companies House onto you free of charge. When you purchase the service we use the address that you are using on your account with us as the forwarding address.
If this address ever changes it’s imperative that you let us know, otherwise important mail will be forwarded onto an old address. To let us know simply email email@example.com (from the account email) with your company name, the old address and the new address. We’ll then make the update straightaway.
