Have you told Companies House?

After forming your limited company it’s inevitable that both company and personal information will change throughout the company’s lifespan. What’s important is that you notify Companies House of these changes, especially as some changes require Companies House approval before the change can even take place.

The Registered Office

To change the registered office the AD01 must be filed with Companies House.

Director Details

If any of the following details change the CH01 should be filed with Companies House:

• Name
• Service address
• Residential address
• Country of Residence
• Change of Nationality
• Occupation

Secretary Details

If any of the following details change the CH03 should be filed with Companies House:

• Name
• Service address
