How many Annual Returns can a Limited Company file?

There is no limit upon the amount of annual returns (AR01’s) a limited company can file with Comapanies House. If you wanted you could file an annual return every day. The only limitation is that a company must wait 48 hours after incorporation until filing the first annual return.
