To form a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) you need at least two designated members. The designated members can be two people or one person and one company acting as a corporate member.
The individuals can be of any nationality and be based anywhere in the world (the registered office must be based in the UK). There is no minimum age for the members unless the company is being formed in Scotland, in which case the minimum age is 16.
