How many Shareholders am I allowed in my Limited Company?

A very short one today! We’re often asked what the limit is on the amount of shareholders allowed in a limited company. Well, according to Companies House you are allowed as many shareholders as you wish in your limited company. There is no limit on the amount of shareholders that you can name.
