Last Updated: 26/08/2014

The process for forming a limited company based in Scotland (with Companies Made Simple) is the same as forming a limited company based in England or Wales, the only difference being that the registered office address must be based in Scotland.

Our system will simply recognise the address is in Scotland and form the company as a Scottish company.

Please note that an England/Wales company can’t be switched to a Scottish company and vica-versa.
