Unfortunately if an annual return has been filed with Companies House it can’t be removed from the register without a court order. However, you do have options regarding how you can file another annual return:
• Simply file another
Make your correction/s and file another. Be sure to use an alternative made-up-to date from the incorrect return. You will have to pay the Companies House annual return filing fee again.
• File another along with the RP04
File a paper version of the annual return along with the RP04 (Second filing of a document previously delivered) form. You can use the same made-up-to date as the incorrect return and there’s no need to pay the Companies House annual return filing fee again.
