Towards the end of November we blogged about the importance of checking your emails after making a purchase with us (action is often required post-purchase, we will email if anything is required on your part). The intention of today’s post is just to add an extra point to this; the importance of checking junk mail.

Because our emails may come from an email address that your email account is not yet familiar with, please make sure you check your junk mail after making a purchase with us, otherwise you may miss important information.
