Post Company Formation: Request History

If you use our online admin portal to make changes to your limited company or to file an annual return, our system keeps track of these changes (and annual returns) and allows you to view exactly what was filed with Companies House. To view this information:

• Login
• Select your company name from “My Companies”
• Scroll to the very bottom of the page where you will find “Request History”
• Click “View” under the “Submissions” column next to the relevant filing type

You’ll then be presented with more information regarding the filed document.
