For payments and renewals to run smoothly it’s important that you sign up with a valid email address. Without this, important emails can’t be sent which could cause disruption to your service. To update an incorrect or outdated email address simply:
Login > select “My Details” > enter the correct/new email address > select “Save”
If you think you’ve missed any emails simply let us know and we’ll get these resent.
