A Limited Company is said to be in “Good Standing” if all filing obligations with Companies House have been met and there are no inconsistencies with the information held at Companies House. If this is the case then the company qualifies for a Certificate of Good Standing. The certificate contains information on the following:
• Date of Incorporation
• Directors
• Registered Office
• Issued Capital
• Subscribers
We offer two different Certificate of Good Standing services, the normal and the express. For more information or to buy either of these services click here.
