The Company Formation Process: Officer Security Questions
We ask three “Security Questions” when appointing a Director, Secretary or Shareholder. This is on top of the standard officer information we require (name, date of birth, nationality, service address and residential address). The security questions are:
• First three letters of town of birth
• Last three digits of telephone number
• First three letters of eye colour
