Well here’s an easy one. When it comes to setting up and running a UK Limited Company, the Secretary appointment is completely optional. If you want a Secretary you can have one, if you don’t want one, you don’t have to.
If you are forming your company with just one person you can have that person acting as a Director, Secretary and Shareholder or as just the Director and Shareholder.
