Your Limited Company’s WebFiling code is your (and your company’s) key to online filing. And like a key you’ve got be careful with it. If someone has your WebFiling code they can do all sorts to your company including:

• Change Directors
• Change the Registered Office
• File Annual Returns

This is to name but a few things that can be changed.

Therefore it’s imperative that you are careful about who you give your company’s code out to.
