When you login to your account at Companies Made Simple, you may notice at the top of the page in bright orange font “Your Action is Required”, this means one of three things:

• You have bought a company formation service with us but you have not yet completed the company formation

• You have bought our DIY annual return service and not yet completed the return

• You have bought out standard annual return service, we have prepared the return, but you have not yet reviewed the return
