What if I accidentally create a second share class for my Limited Company?

incorrect share classIt’s an easy mistake to make (although we always stress the importance of double-checking formation documents, online or not). You appoint one shareholder with 50 shares worth £1 and another shareholder with 1 share worth £50 therefore accidentally creating 2 share classes. So what should you do in this situation?

Simply file an annual return with the correct share information. It’s up to you whether you wait until the return is due or file an early return.
