What is the Memorandum of Association?

The memorandum of association is a basic document that provides the name of each subscriber (shareholder at incorporation) in the company. It also includes a declaration stating that it is the wish of these subscribers to form a company and that they will each hold at least one share each.

When you form a limited company with us we will automatically draw up your company’s memorandum of association.
