Your Limited Company Name – By Royal Appointment

Not surprisingly, Companies House will not form Limited Companies with Royal connotations in the name without written permission. Therefore, if you wish to use words such as King, Queen, Prince or Princess in your company name you must seek approval from (depending on location):

England & Northern Ireland – The Ministry of Justice
Wales – The Welsh Assembly
Scotland – Scottish Government
