Limited Company Name Change: Certificate of Name Change

If you have used our online admin portal to change your limited company’s name with Companies House, we will provide you with an electronic copy of the Certificate of Name Change. This document contains the old company name, the new company name and the date that Companies House accepted the change. To locate the document:

Login > access “My Companies” > click on the company name > scroll to “My Company Documents” > select “View” next to the name change pdf
