Showing a Share Transfer with our DIY Annual Return Service

Our DIY Annual Return Service allows you to show share transfers that have taken place during the year. To reflect a share change in the DIY Annual Return Service (having purchased the service) simply:

• Proceed with completing the return until you reach the “Shareholdings” section
• Click “edit” next to any shareholder who has lost shares, enter the amount of shares they now have
• Click “add new transfer” next to any shareholder who has lost shares, enter the amount of shares that were transferred away from them and the date this transfer took place
• If the shareholder receiving the transferred shares is already listed, click “edit” and enter the total amount of shares they now hold
• If the shareholder receiving the transferred shares is not already listed, click “add new shareholder” and enter the new shareholder information, including the amount of shares they hold.
• Click “Continue”
• Complete the annual return
