Have you ever considered forming your company in another jurisdiction? Well this just so happens to be a service that we offer at Company Formation MadeSimple. Offshore company formation offers lots of benefits such as lower tax rates, identity protection and easier company reporting requirements. But it’s important to know exactly how the setup works. Let’s take a look.

Where can I form my company?

If you decide offshore is the way for you to go, we can help you form in two very popular jurisdictions; Belize and the Seychelles. Here are the fees involved:

Belize:

£499 –  includes the company formation, registration costs, registered agent and registered office fees for the first year

£799 – includes everything mentioned above plus bank account assistance

Seychelles:

£499 – includes the company formation, registration costs, registered agent and registered office fees for the first year

£799 – includes everything mentioned above plus bank account assistance

What happens after I make the purchase?

You will receive an email requesting that you complete a registration form (attached in the email). This form will ask you for the following:

  • Certified and translated copies of your proof of ID
  • An address for each director, shareholder and beneficial owner

Once this information is received we will forward it on to our offshore agent.

How long does the formation take?

Incorporation usually takes around 2-3 days. Once the company has been formed you will be emailed electronic copies of your incorporation documents.

The physical incorporation documents will be delivered to you within 1-2 weeks.
